William Kruszewski, age 46, resident of 20773 Meadow Street, Cambridge Springs, PA, died Saturday evening, November 7, 2009 from a single car automobile accident occurring on Route #6 near Mill Village. Born on November 5, 1963 in Erie, PA, William was a son of Lenville L. Strange and Mary Ann Vogel Strange.
William was a graduate of Tech Memorial High School in Erie, Class of 1984, and presently was employed as a mechanic at Al’s Auto Service in Cambridge Springs for the past 7 years. He enjoyed being with his children, family, and friends.
In addition to his mother and father, William is survived by four sons – Jael Moon, William J. Kruszewski, Jr., Joey Kruszewski, and Ryan Kruszewski all of Erie; two grandchildren – Alex Moon and Kira Moon; five brothers – James Strange and Tommy Strange both of Erie; Alex Kruszewski and his wife, Carol of Cambridge Springs; Michael Kruszewski of Brooksville, FL; and Lenny Strange and his wife, Dot of Cambridge Springs with whom he made his home; three sisters – Margie Chatt and her husband, Floyd of Erie; Maggie Hinkle of Hawaii; and Wanda Perry of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
Friends may call at the Van Matre Family Funeral Home in Cambridge Springs on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral services will be held there on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Reverend Clifford Cartwright, pastor of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, will officiate. Interment will be held at Erie County Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the family in care of the Funeral Home.
