My sincere condolenses to Norman Duncan’s family. My Prayers to God for Peace of the Departed Soul, and for Strength to the Family to bare the Loss.
I have had the good fortune to have known and worked with Norman for many years in Erie. I enjoyed talking to him even after I moved to NC in1989. Norm had given me a metal flag mount bracket many years back, when I was in Erie, which I still have, and use to display our Flag on my house. I will keep and cherish it as Norm’s memmory.
Ramesh (Mr. Pai – as Norm called me)
Susan and family – you are in my thoughts and prayers. You have my deepest sympathy.
Sue, Cathy and Sean, Truly sorry to hear about Norm. Luke let me know this morning. David and I always enjoyed visiting with Norm during soccer games. IF there is anything we can do, please don’t hesitate to call. You’ll be in our thoughts.
Sue, I wanted to tell you I was thinking of you at this time. My sympathy is with you, and may God bless you and your loved ones at this time.

My deepest sympathies to the Duncan family. I worked with Norm at STERIS when he was in the Mentor office. Please know that he always spoke so highly of his family. I remember hearing him “brag” about Cathy and Sean endlessly. He certainly loved his family and his dogs!
He was a good friend and an excellent co-worker, always willing to help with a smile. He will be missed and thought of very highly by me when I remember his stories, jokes or just the way he always helped me out at work. He was such a great guy!
With Love & Prayers,
Janet
Sue,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family for your loss. Losing a loved one is never easy, may you know you are loved by many. You all will be in my prayers.
I want to convey to you and your family my deepest condolences on the loss of Norm..I am travelling or I would certainly be there in person to offer them to you.
Norm and I go back many years to when he was a T&E technician and I was a researcher for AMSCO. We have remained friends and, although both of us went our separate ways in STERIS, we would often stop each other in passing and catch up on the other’s life and wish each other well. He was a kind and easy-going person who never had a bad thing to say about anyone.
I will miss him as a friend and as a former co-worker.
My prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time in your lives

I worked with him at STERIS. He had a warm, friendly disposition, and he was
a friend. We will miss him very much!
May God’s blessings be with you at this time granting you peace and comfort.
My deepest sympathies to each of you with the sudden passing of Norm. I had the pleasure of working with him directly over the past few years. Norm was one of the most sincere, dedicated, and fun-loving people that I have ever met. His passion for work and life was contagious, and he will be missed by all that had the opportunity to know him. I am so very sorry for your loss, and you are in my prayers. God Bless.
My deepest regrets to the Duncan Family on dear Norm’s sudden passing. Norm, my Brother, I will miss you always but I’ll remember you best for the humor you brought to me every time I walked into your office on one of my visits to Erie. The many conversations we shared are moments I’ll always cherish best my friend. God Bless You Always Norm.
My most sincere condolences go out to the Duncan family. Norm and I were co-workers at STERIS. He was the most helpful, kindest, warmest person. He always wanted to help you no matter the situation. He will truly be missed.
