I feel priviledged to have become friends with Bob and his family through our business relationship (Ergo Audio). I am so, so sorry for your loss. Please know that Bob and his family had been, and still are, in my prayers. I know there is nothing anyone can say or do to make it feel any better, but just have peace in the fact that this place on earth is just temporary for all of us. God bless all of you.
I was out of town when Bob passed away and I wanted to extend my condolences to his family. Bob was a great source of encouragement for me when I joined the faculty in his department many years ago and I could always depend on his honest assessment of a situation. Later we were neighbors and would periodically catch up while our dogs chased each other. Of course I knew that Bob was a native of Florida, but I didn’t know his hometown was Okeechobee until I read the obituary. Ironically I was driving through that town on the day that he died. God bless his soul and comfort all who will miss him dearly.
We are so sorry for the loss of Bob…he was a great lover of art and was always coming to the store. You could easily spot him… towering over the crowd, at many events and openings. We will miss his friendly presence and his smile.
Margie and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I viewed Bob as a mentor. He taught me so much and took me under his wing when I came here in 1985. He was such a positive influence on my development as a professional. I treasured our relationship both professionally and personally. He was a great man is so many ways. Great educator, great fan, great sense of humor— and the biggest Gator of them all!!!. God bless you. Respectfully, Todd
My sincere condolences to the Wallace family. The reason I am in television today is because of Dr. Bob. Thank you for sharing him with the Edinboro University community. His legacy there is long…and he has certainly touched many lives along the way. God’s blessings on your family.
Our deepest condolences. Bob’s kindness, intelligence, and generosity of spirit were apparent in the few times we met. A man of accomplishment with a great capacity for love. We are so sorry for your loss.
