I have many fond memories of Aunt Doratha. For a few summers when I was younger, she would pick me up once a week to go golfing at Aunt Peggy’s. We had so much fun each time. Afterwards we’d often go back to her house for lunch and the Rush Limbaugh Show (when it was still on TV).
Another favorite memory of mine is playing Scatagories with all my great aunts at her house. She loved to bring out the games or cards. I think in heaven should would be playing a game, whether it be golf, bowling, cards, or Scatagories for all eternity with her family and friends who are already up there with her.
To my Grandma, my Great Aunts, and the entire Browder family, and especially Vicki and Megan whom I’ve gotten to know well in the past few years, I give you my condolences and I grieve with you.
Weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.
