William (Will) L. Hazlett, age 49, resident of the Cambridge Springs area for most of his life, died unexpectedly Monday, June 21, 2010 at Meadville Medical Center, Meadville, PA. Born on August 3, 1960, he is a son of Lloyd A. Hazlett of Venango and the late Lorraine Black Hazlett.

Hazlett, William (Will) L.Will was a roofer in the construction business and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He loved the company of his family and many good friends, and he enjoyed and spoiled all of his little dachshunds.

Surviving Will in addition to his father, Lloyd Hazlett of Venango, is his fianc???e – Christy Lane and her son – Dominick of Cambridge Springs; two daughters – Anna Hazlett and Amy Hazlett of Ohio; two sisters – Sherry Martin of Warren, MI and Sharon Cooper of Venango; seven nephews – Lloyd Hazlett and his wife, Tammy of West Springfield; Kevin Hazlett and his wife, Anne of Union City; Jason Cooper and his wife, Nina of Chicago, IL; Josh Cooper and his wife, Brittany of Columbus, OH; David Baksik, Daniel Baksik, and Darek Basikall of Warren, MI; and two nieces – Valeria Baksik of Warren, MI; and Ashley Hazlett of Winder, GA. Also surviving are three grandchildren and several great nieces and nephews. His long time friend, Edna Torres, of Cambridge Springs and his best friend -Mike Potthoff of Edinboro, both whom he loved like family, also survive. His mother, Lorraine Hazlett, and his brother, Lloyd D. Hazlett, preceded Will in death.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 3rd at the American Legion Post #381 located on Route # 408, east of Cambridge Springs. Family and friends may call beginning at 11:00 a.m.
