To the Winkelbauer Family,
Aunt Lois was a wonderful woman…full of life, laughter and love. She was always willing to lend an ear, her support and a cup of tea. Her Christmas cookie trays and hard tack candy were so enjoyable. I have many fond memories of her and will truly miss her. My heart is breaking for all of you for you loss but I know that she will always be in our hearts and our memories. My daughter got the priviledge of getting to meet her and was just drawn to her. She touched everyone’s hearts wherever she went. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Miranda
FRANK,WE ARE VERY SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR MOTHER OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU & YOUR FAMILY
To the Children and Friends of my beautiful friend, Lois.
Lois has always been “The Rock of Gibraltor” for me, and such a good role model. I will always remember her as a Lady of Grace and Dignity with such a great sense of humor. Her love for her family and her home was her crowning glory. Her loyalty to her friends was undaunting. Though she had many Crosses to Bear in her life, we know full well she is resting in the arms of our Lord and Savior. “Well done, good and faithful servant.” Love lasts forever, and grows more and more as the time passes. I will miss your presence here on Earth. Gloria
Amanda, I know how special your Granny is to you. My thoughts are with you and all her family.
Love you, Aunt Nanny
Aunt Lois willl be greatly missed. Matthew has so many memories of her and his late mother Mardine and I will never forget the wonderful welcome to the family she gave me at our wedding reception. It saddned us we cannot physically be there to honor her, but our hearts are with her the whole family. I imagine her in heaven laughing it up with Mardine and catching her up on all the family gossip over the last four years.
Lois, You were there for me at a time I needed a “second mother”. I’ll never forget your loving guidance, acceptance and encouragement, your open heart, home, table and arms, your listening ears, your late night talks, your fun and games, your wonderful Christmas cookies, your laughter, your collection of Hummels, your understanding of a young lady who needed someone to believe in her during a time of turmoil in her life. I’ll never forget you, Ma Wink. Even though years passed between times we spoke or saw each other, we could always pick-up were we left off. Go in peace. Blessings and comfort to your family and loved ones. I love you and will always remember you with fondness and loving kindness.
Aunt Lois, you will be sadly missed by so many lives you have touched with your smile and sense of humor, and sweetness, God bless the family, my prayers and thoughts go out to you all. Hope
She will be greatly. Love you Aunt Lois.Rest in Peace
