Patrick M. Bradley, age 59, resident of 23973 Thornapple Drive, Cambridge Springs, PA was pronounced deceased on arrival at Meadville Medical Center, Meadville, PA on Sunday, April 22, 2012. Born in Meadville, PA on July 16, 1952, Pat was a son of the late William C. Bradley, Sr. and Eva Boyd Bradley. He married the former Pam O’Keefe on Mar 27, 1976 and she survives.
Pat received his education from Meadville High School and from Alliance College in Cambridge Springs where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business. In earlier years, he worked at several places in Cambridge Springs including Carnation Milk and Turners Mill. Presently, Pat was employed at Lord Corporation in Cambridge Springs where he worked as a receiving inspector.
As a member of the Cambridge Springs Volunteer Fire Department, Pat was the Safety Officer for more than 15 years and was the Second Vice President for many years.
In addition to his wife of 36 years, Pat is survived by a daughter – Shannon Bradley Widmer and her husband, Donovan of Grand Forks, ND; a sister – Caroleen Emig and her husband, Richard, of Meadville; two brothers – William C. Bradley, Jr. and his wife, Joyce, of Meadville; and Joseph L. Bradley and his wife, Ellie, of New Castle. Also several nieces and nephews survive. In addition to his parents, Patrick was preceded in death by a sister – Sandra Snyder.
Friends may call at the Van Matre Family Funeral Home in Cambridge Springs on Thursday, April 26, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday morning, April 27, at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Rod Beardsley, pastor of First Baptist Church of Cambridge Springs, officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Patrick’s name to Cambridge Springs Volunteer Fire Department, 302 Venango Avenue, Cambridge Springs, Pa, 16403 and/or Because You Care Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 54, Mc Kean, PA, 16426.

Pat and I weere fraternity brothers in Sigma Tau Gamma at Alliance College in the early 1970’s. He was such a great guy and friend.
