Judith E. Briggs, age 67, of 25569 Pinewoods Road, Waterford, died unexpectedly of natural causes at her home on Friday, November 2, 2012.

Born in Waterford on May 15, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth E. and Hazel M. Tudor Briggs.
