Dan, Sandy and family,
I am so sorry to hear about the tragic loss of Jake. Parents should not have to endure the loss of a child and a family should not have to lose someone so young. May the pain you feel now in your heart, be replaced with wonderful memories and the knowledge that Jake made a positive impact during his short time on earth. His goodness will endure in those whose lives he touched.

These past few days have been so extremely hard for the family, and these next few days are going to be undoubtedly harder. So many emotions have been running through my head; disbelief, anger, shock, etc. None of us want this to be real, and none of us can imagine our lives without you in it… But the one thing that is helping me personally get through this is knowing that you’re able to spend time with Danielle, Grandma and Grandpa Widdowson and your Grandpa Williams. Please, watch over us. Rest peacefully, Cuz! I love you!
Rest in peace Jake. You are greatly missed. Thank you for all the laughs throughout high school. Thoughts and prayers for all your family and friends.
