Cheryl Lynn Swagerty, age 41, of LeBoeuf Township, Cambridge Springs, died at her home on Monday, January 12, 2015 at a long illness.

Born on February 1, 1973 in Landstuhl, Germany, she was the daughter of William and Cathy Pierson Fog, and the wife of Thomas Franklin Swagerty III.

There will be no services.
