After a lengthy battle with cancer, Milo Capron was freed from his mortal bonds on September 12, 2015, to walk with Jesus, his Lord and Savior. He died at home surrounded by his loving family. Milo Charles Capron was born January 4, 1946, in Union City, PA, to Charles M. Capron and Maria E. (Maynard) Capron.

Capron, MiloMilo was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He was also an excellent car mechanic, but could fix just about anything. Milo will be remembered for his love of steam engines, travel, old cars- which he could identify at the drop of a hat- and his playful banter. After retiring as a mechanic from PennDOT, he spent much of his time babysitting (spoiling) his grandchildren and going out to breakfast. He was also a faithful member of Harmony Baptist Church.

Milo was preceded in death by his parents; his sister Donna May Foster; his half-sisters Ola Williams and Dorothy Loomis; his half-brothers John Loomis and James and Garwood Watson; and grandson Avery Custer. Left here on Earth to miss him are his wife of 42 years Rhonda Graves Capron; his children Mariah Custer and her husband Daniel, Shelly Barber and her husband Chris, and Daniel Capron and his girlfriend Jenny Johnson; grandchildren Tobiah and Tirzah Custer and Beau, Caden, and Adalyn 弔贋戟亡hortcake弔贋湖 Barber; beloved mother-in-law Mardell Graves Nichols; brothers and sisters-in-law; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and several great friends.

The family would like to thank all of his wonderful caregivers and the van drivers from the Cancer Center.

A memorial service will be held on the evening of Thursday, September 17, 2015, at Harmony Baptist Church, Waterford, PA. The family will greet individuals starting at 5:30 p.m., with the service to begin at 6:30 p.m. Memorial donations can be made to People for Life, 1625 W 26th St, Erie, PA 16508.

Cancer may have taken you from us, but our love and memories of you remain.
