Bonita (Bonnie) June Wilson, age 77, of Conneautville, PA, passed away at Crawford County Care Center, Saegertown, PA on Sunday, September 27, 2015 surrounded by her family. Born on March 18, 1938 in Punxsutawney, PA, Bonnie was a daughter of the late Harry F. Stranahan and Eleanor Miller Stranahan. She lived most of her life in the Conneautville area. After attending Conneautville High School, she married C. Ronnie Wilson on January 3, 1955 and he preceded her in death on January 29, 1992. She missed Ronnie dearly and never remarried.

Wilson, Bonny J. During her earlier years Bonnie was employed by the Ohio Rubber Company in Conneautville where she worked as an inspector for over twelve years. Leaving the Ohio Rubber Company she was involved with Weight Watchers and became a motivational speaker for various groups in the area for over four years. She then attended Meadville Vo-Tech where she earned her certified nurse弔贋穴ワ「s aide certificate and then used her skills as a nurse’s aide at Edinboro Manor for several years and then at Rolling Fields in Conneautville. During her later years, Bonnie worked with her son-in-law as the secretary at the family business, Tool City Welding, until her retirement. Bonnie’s favorite times were spent with her great grandchildren, Alexander and Abigail Fies with whom she had a very special relationship. Bonnie was a very generous and loving person to all who knew her. She had many lifelong hobbies, Bonnie enjoyed flower arranging, crocheting and sewing, for which she had won several awards. She was an amazing cook and decorator, and before her husband passed away they often won awards at Christmastime for their decorating. She was blessed with a “green-thumb” and could grow anything. She especially loved the family animals, Bear and Sadie. We will all miss Bonnie’s loving, generous heart and her wonderful sense of humor.

Surviving Bonnie is a son – Ronald K. Wilson(Susan) of Conneautville and a daughter – Tammy L. Brown (Karl) of Conneautville; five grandchildren – Nicole L. Fies (Daniel) of Meadville; Melissa Bostick (Carl) of Ohio; Dessie A. Rosipko (Jeremy) of Saegertown; Gregory Brown, and Courtney Briggs (Joshua) of North Carolina; ten great grandchildren, Alexander & Abigail Fies, Gabrielle Wilson, Brook, Ashley & Kenny Bostick, Jillian & Joseph Rosipko, Carly & Ashley Briggs. Additionally, Bonnie leaves three siblings including a brother – Gary Stranahan and his wife, Susan of Michigan. In addition to her parents and husband, Ronnie, Bonnie was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelli J. Baldwin and a grandson, Kyle Wilson.

Loving prayers of thanks to Bonnie’s granddaughter, Nicole who had a very special bond with “Gramma” and was always there for her, and graciously, everyone else.

Also, a very special person at the end of Bonnie’s time here was nurse, Nikki Hetrick at the Crawford County Care Center and the family wishes to thank her for the loving care she showed Bonnie during her illness.

As per Bonnie’s wishes the family has scheduled a private visitation for family members only. A Mass of Christian Burial for family and friends will be held Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. at St. Agatha Catholic Church in Meadville with burial at Gravel Run Cemetery, Woodcock Borough, immediately following mass.
