Ashley M. Cornwell, age 33, of Union City lost her battle to addiction on Monday, October 24, 2016. She was born on November 23, 1982, the daughter of Renea Campbell and William Cornwell. She was blessed to have bonus parents Brian Campbell and Cheryl Cornwell.

Ashley graduated from Fort Leboeuf High School and continued her education at Great Lakes Institute of Technology where she received a Veterinary Technician Degree.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughters, Sarah Manross and Bethany Hicks, as well as her siblings, Heather McClenahan, Danielle Cornwell, Charles Cornwell, and Sausha Cornwell. She is further survived by nephews, Scot and Login Watson, and her niece, Addison McClenahan, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Megan Watson, her maternal grandparents, Ralph and Beth Albert, paternal grandparents, Lester and Jean Cornwell, her uncles, Guy Cornwell, Ralph G. Albert, Kreg Albert, her cousin, Mark Cornwell, and her brother-in-law, Michael McClenahan.

There will be a celebration of her life at the Mill Village Fire Hall on Friday, November 4, 2016 starting at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in care of Brian Campbell to help with the funeral expenses.
