Shane Donald Jay Wolven, also called Shanrez, Shaner Bob, or “Boy Cousin”, age 25, resident of Edinboro, PA, died on Saturday,?December 31, 2016. Born in Lake Arrowhead, CA on July 4, 1991, Shane is the son of Larry Blood, Jr. and Amy Musae Blood.

wolven-shane003??????Shane graduated from General McLane High School in 2009 where he was very active in football and track and field. He attended Edinboro University majoring in sociology. In Shane’s life, which he lived to its fullest, his family always came first. With his infectious smile Shane made friends easily. He loved playing football and the New Orleans Saints.

Surviving Shane, in addition to his parents of 13621 Arneman Road, Edinboro are his siblings – Kamrynn Marie Blood, at home and Nicholas and Kayla both of OK; his maternal grandmother – Mary Stacy; his maternal grandfather – Joe Musae; his paternal grandparents – Larry and Claralee Blood; his girl friend – Jenna Schaum. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles and cousins. Shawn was preceded in death by a sister – Kaycie Lynn Blood and a grandfather – James Stacy who died on December 8, 2016.

Friends may call at the Van Matre Family Funeral Home in Cambridge Springs on Sunday, January 8th from 2-4 and 6-8. Funeral services will be held at the First Church of God, 634 Venango Avenue, Cambridge Springs on Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. Reverend James Callender, pastor of the Church, will officiate. A funeral meal at the church will follow.
