Billie Jo Schow, age 52, of Erie for the last three years, and formerly of Lander, PA, died Thursday, March 23, 2017 at UPMC Hamot. She was born August 22, 1964 in Warren, PA to the late Richard S. and Josephine V. (Lyon) Falconer.
Billie Jo lived her last three years at Western Reserve Nursing Home in Erie and became very special to the staff and was treated like family. Among her favorite nurses, all of whom treated her like a queen, were Melissa Graham, Starr Bolden, Tonya Schley, and Tina Baldwin.
Billie Jo loved Barbies and her baby doll. She always wore a smile, loved cartoons, especially Richie Rich and the Mickey Mouse Club House. Billie Jo was Daddy’s little girl and the apple of his eye.
Survivors include her sisters, Roxanne (Lyon) Smith and Nancy (Vinton) Jaquith, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 1st at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 100 East 3rd Street, Waterford from 1:00 p.m. until a memorial begins at 2:00 p.m.
