After a lengthy battle with cancer, Rhonda Capron broke from her mortal bonds into glory on August 6, 2021, to walk with Jesus, her Lord and Savior. She died at home, surrounded by people who loved her including her sister Mary who held her hand as she passed away. Rhonda Estella Graves was born May 2, 1952, in Titusville, Pa., to Harry C. Graves and Mardell Lewis Graves Nichols.

Rhonda was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She met her husband Milo while working at the Boat Company in Union City. She worked for a number of years as a caretaker for Jeff Jenkins. After retiring, she spent much of her time helping friends and family and was famous for her homemade bread. She was also a faithful member of Harmony Baptist Church, where she taught many generations of children.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her husband Milo Capron, her parents, her brother Mack Graves, and her grandson Avery Custer.

Left here on Earth to miss her are her children: Mariah Custer (Daniel), Shelly Barber (Chris), and Daniel Capron (Jenny Johnson); grandchildren: Tobiah and Tirzah Custer; Beau, Caden, and Adalyn Barber; and Kallen Greer; her brothers: Harry Graves (Shirley), Brad Graves (Rui Wang), Harold Graves, Sr. (Thelma), David Graves (Belinda), Samuel Graves, Herbert Graves; and sisters: Mary Graves Kieffer (Michael), and Susan Graves Kirsch (Kim); and many cousins, nieces and nephews, and a number of great friends.

The family would like to thank all of her wonderful caregivers, both professional and volunteer, who supported her and the family during her final months, with special attention to Bonnie Turner and Judy Norman, who would visit her frequently.
