I was lucky enough to work with Bob at Mark Resources in Meadville, and we became good friends. He had a great attitude, a wonderful smile, and was kind and thoughtful. We shared some wonderful fishing trips together, whether on lake Erie, Edinboro lake, Lake Simcoe (Canada – ice fishing), and one eventful trip on French Creek when we barely escaped a tornado. We also played some memorable practical jokes on others, but sometimes on us. My life is better for having known Bob.
Sandy – I wish you and your family the best during these sad times.
I had the pleasure of working with Bob at RRC. He was a gentleman and professional. Your family has my very deepest sympathy.
I’m so sorry for your loss. You are all in my prayers. Sending peace and comfort to you in these prayers.
I never, ever saw Bob without his forever charming smile. I have a great lasting memory of Bob from last Saturday as he walked across our yard with a Hoagie for Phil, for Clean up day at the CLUB. I asked where mine was, didn’t you see me working hard out there. He just grinned and said he was sorry. Had he seen I’d have had a Hoagie too. He and I both knew I wasn’t there.
Such a loving, giving, and charming man. He will be so missed.

Heartbreaking——one of the most kind, caring and generous people I have ever met in my life.
Bob never had a bad word about anyone—he was my supervisor starting 2008 until his retirement in 2015 and he became one of my most cherished friends. When my son passed away in December 2015 Bob faithfully called or texted me almost every day with very few exceptions to see how I was.
Truly one of a kind—to Sandy and his children and grandchildren my deepest sympathy with a very heavy heart.
Truly loved him.
Very Respectfully,
Pat
