Ronald L. Valimont, 54, of Cambridge Springs passed away on June 1, 2022 at UPMC Hamot. Ron was born in Erie on December 13, 1967, the son of Robert Valimont and Phylis Lynch Valimont Arble. He graduated with the class of 1986 from Strong Vincent High School and served in the US Air Force from 1986 to 1990. On December 13, 1986, Ron married Cynthia Ann Peters. He had worked at Perseus House, Hermitage House for over fifteen years and was currently working for the General McLane School District. Ron was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather who treasured time spent with his family. He enjoyed traveling and playing paintball. Ron was a movie buff and avid Miami Dolphins fan.

Survivors include, wife, Cyndi Valimont of Cambridge Springs; mother, Phylis “Sandy” Arble and her companion, John Trott of Erie; daughter, Natasha Tucci and her husband, Jason of Edinboro; daughter, Danielle Pifer and her husband, Corey of Girard; daughter, Destiny Valimont of Cambridge Springs; brother, Robert Valimont and his wife, Katrina of Erie; brother, Richard Valimont and his wife, Deena of Brighton, CO; sister, Rene Burkell and her husband, Russell of Erie; brother, Dereck Arble and his wife, Kristin of North Carolina; granddaughter, Audriana Pifer, grandson, Parker Tucci; granddaughter, Hudson Pifer; and granddaughter, Ava Tucci.
A celebration of Ron’s life will be held at 1 pm on Sunday, June 5 at McKean Community Park.
Ron was a wonderful guy. We had some great times together in the past hangin’ with R. Terrill in Lima. I send my condolences to his wife and family. May he Rest In Peace.
