Joyce Snyder Godina, 80, passed away at Edinboro Manor on Saturday, July 23, 2022, after an extended illness. Joyce was born on April 23, 1942, in Grove City, Pennsylvania daughter of the late Clarence Albert Snyder and Mary Florence Connor Snyder. She graduated from Grove City High School with the class of 1960 and was employed with Packard Electric for over twenty-five years, retiring in 1999. She was a member of the Venango VFW Post 169 auxiliary and enjoyed travelling, crafting, sewing and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Richard Snyder.
Survivors include son, John R. Dennis and his wife, April of Cambridge Springs; son, Lt. Col. US Army retired Chad D. Dennis and his wife, Mary of Cambridge Springs; son, Paul A. Dennis and his wife, Michele of Erie; grandson, Elijah Dennis of Vienna, VA; grandson, Joshua Dennis of Cambridge Springs; grandson, 1 Lt. Ethan Dennis and his wife, Maria serving with the US Army at Fort Hood, TX; grandson, Anthony Dennis and his wife, Natalia of Rockville, MD; granddaughter, Julia Nainiger and her husband, David of West Mifflin, PA; grandson, Jake Dennis of Erie; grandson, Alec Dennis of Erie; great grandchildren Evan and Lilah Dennis; sister, Judy Miller and her husband, Thomas of Grove City; brother, James Snyder and his wife, Bonnie of Slippery Rock; sister-in-law, Lynn Snyder of Grove City; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to call at the Van Matre Funeral Home in Cambridge Springs on Saturday, July 30, from 10 am until time of the funeral service at 12.
