Raymond Robert Gourley, 57, of Edinboro passed away unexpectedly at his residence on August 29, 2022. Ray was born in Meadville on May 18, 1965, the son of Gary Gourley and the late Janice Leary Gourley. He graduated from General McLane High School with the class of 1983. On May 26, 1995, he married Michele Yurcak . He was employed with Canfield Radiator for over twenty-five years and enjoyed trap and skeet shooting, hunting and fishing.

Survivors include wife, Michele Gourley of Edinboro; father, Gary Gourley and his wife, Karen of Edinboro; brother, John Gourley of Edinboro; stepbrother, Dean Huddleston and his wife, Shannon of Meadville; stepbrother, Sean Huddleston and his wife, Jennifer of Tennessee; in-laws, Ed and Betty Yurcak of Edinboro; brother-in-law, Joseph Yurcak and his wife, Cheryl of Corry; sister-in-law, Kimberlee Hammill and her husband, Eric of Edinboro; nieces, Lorin and Morgan Hammill and Taylor Gourley.
Private services will be held.

Our mutual neighbor (Dave Buchna) shared the sad news of Ray’s loss. Dave noted that Ray was the “go-to” guy when he had any mechanical or repair needs. I am very sorry for your loss.

Oh, Michele, I’m so sorry to hear that Ray is gone! And Bob is quite upset about the loss of his friend. I know I can’t say anything that will make you feel better, but just know that we’re thinking of you and wishing you peace and comfort.
