Kathaleen Marie Higgins, age 80, resident of LECOM Senior Living and formerly Edinboro Manor, died Saturday, May 20, 2023. She was born in Ridgeway, PA on December 18, 1942, the daughter of the late Arnold and Rosalie Stahl Whipple.
