Julie Dudash Reichart, aged 96, a resident of Franklin Township, Edinboro, PA since 1952, passed away peacefully on Friday, Oct. 6th, 2023, at the Regency at South Shore in Erie.  She had been in declining health.  Julie was born on October 19th, 1926, in Butler, PA.  She was a twin, born to the late Steven Dudash and Susan Gombash Dudash.

Julie was an avid gardener.   She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, needlepoint and other homemaking arts.  She loved to do puzzles and enjoyed baking and sharing her treats with family and friends.  She loved playing games with her family and was quite competitive.   She cherished her many pets over the years. Julie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

     Julie is survived by two daughters, Julie Gould, of Edinboro, Deborah Testi and her husband Thomas of Fairview, and a son, Frank Reichart, Jr., of Cambridge Springs.  Julie is also survived by eleven grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren. 

     Julie was preceded in death by her husband, Frank E. Reichart, Sr., a daughter, Linda Reichart, and a son, Timothy Reichart.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Because You Care, or to the charity of one’s choice.

In honoring Julie’s wishes, the services will be private.  Interment will be in Draketown Cemetery.
