The Van Matre family currently owns and operates three funeral homes in Northwest Pennsylvania. The original location in Cambridge Springs has been continuously operated since 1901, and locations have been added in Waterford (1996) and Edinboro (2007). The geographic triangle that has been formed by these three communities, Cambridge Springs, Waterford, and Edinboro, allows for any family living within a 30 mile radius to be served conveniently and efficiently. Presently there are three licensed funeral directors on staff representing the third and fourth generations in the Van Matre family. H.
