Gertrude Eliza Whitney, age 88, of Union City, passed away on November 6, 2022. She was born on September 22, 1934. After a life of adventure moving all over the world with her loving husband George who was in the U.S. Air Force, and after raising two sons, she returned home to Union City and spent the past two decades with family and friends. She is survived by her two sons (Terry and Timothy Whitney), two grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter.
The family hopes that those who knew and loved Gert will cherish their memories of her. Please contribute to your favorite cause in her memory.
