Robert L. Lawton, age 86, of Waterford, passed from this life on Monday, December 12, 2022. He lived out his days on the family farm.

Bob was born in Warren, PA, and graduated Sigel Area High School in 1954. When all were gone, they sold the cows and entered semi-retirement. His love and place of being was the farm where he raised his family, and he enjoyed time with friends for morning coffee.
Bob and Mary were married in 1959 and had 6 children: an infant daughter not surviving, Terri Ann (Timothy Schneider), Douglas Paul, Phillip Allan (Carolyn Cartwright), Dennis Eugene (Doreen Armitage), and Bruce Edward (Melodie Torres). He is survived by 12 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and his dog, Nellie.
Bob was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church where he served as a trustee.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Leslie Pring Lawton and Mary Louise (Zipfel) Lawton; his sisters Elizabeth Carnabuci and Patty Summerville; his son, Douglas and his infant daughter.
