Brian Edward Blewett, 54, of Waterford, unexpectedly passed away August 7, 2026.
He was a hardworking man who took great pride in his work and in providing for his family. He spent many years as an auto mechanic and proudly owned and operated his own business. He later worked for L Squared Construction for several years and, most recently, worked as a heavy equipment operator for XL Excavating.
Outside of work, Brian enjoyed the simple things in life and making memories with the people he loved. He had a passion for hunting and fishing and looked forward to spending time outdoors. He also enjoyed camping and riding his side-by-side, always ready for the next adventure.
He had a great sense of humor and was always telling jokes and making people laugh. His ability to bring a smile to those around him will be deeply missed. He was a fun-loving man who will be remembered for his laughter, his love of the outdoors, and the many memories he created with family and friends.
He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Brian is survived by his wife of 15 years, Tina Marie Blewett of Waterford, Pa; his step-son Tyler Szklenski of Waterford, Pa; two step-daughters, Kaitlyn Szklenski of Waterford, Pa and Ashley Nicholson (Bret) of Erie, Pa; two granddaughters, Gracie and Madelynn Kingsley; his godmother Terri (Raymond) Vollentine of Waterford, Pa; his brother-in-law Jason (Tina) Flook of Waterford, Pa; his nephew Damian Carlson of Meadville, Pa; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Brian also left behind his beloved dog, Bella.
Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Frank (Carol) Blewett Sr. of Lake Elsinore, Ca and Ginger Ruckman of Fairview, Pa, and his son David Blewett of Waterford, Pa.
