Charles H. Kibbe went to join his wife in eternity while in his own home on October 1, 2026. Born on June 4, 1935 in Waterford, PA, he was the son of James Kibbe and Bessie (Hinkson) Kibbe. He was a devoted husband and loving father. As a lifelong dairy farmer, many in the community will remember the hard work and dedication that he devoted to his farm on Donation Road, and he took great pride in his dairy herd. The farm continues to operate today under his son’s care.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Mary (Sanford) Kibbe, whom he married on July 12, 1958, and they spent 64 wonderful years together on the farm. Four of his siblings also predeceased him Fred Kibbe, Lois Will, Ruth Keith and Floss Allen.
Charlie is survived by his five children- Cindy Byrne (Dave), Daniel Kibbe (Cindy), Brenda Reibel (Alfred), Donald Kibbe (Jennifer), and Linda Fitzpatrick (Dan); 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother John Kibbe.
Charlie was a man of great faith and let it guide him in his life. In his later years he attended Elevate Church in Millcreek.
