Grace Marie Mook, age 86, of Mosiertown passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her family. Grace was born in Meadville on April 11, 1939, daughter of the late Andrew Durasa and Margaret Speck Durasa and stepdaughter of Dale (Chubby) Dunn. She graduated from Cambridge Springs High School with the class of 1956. On March 6, 1963, she married Arthur Mook and they enjoyed fifty-nine years of marriage until his passing in 2022. Grace was a dedicated homemaker who raised her four children and then was employed as a cafeteria worker for Penncrest School District, retiring in 2002. She was a lifelong member of St. Philip Roman Catholic Church in Crossingville, where she belonged to the Altar Rosary Society. Grace and her husband, Art, were 4-H leaders of the Little Farmer’s 4-H Club. She also coached Cussewago girls’ softball teams for many years. Grace treasured time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She especially enjoyed relaxing on her porch and watching the birds. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Mook on February 26, 2022, and sister Kathleen Heffren.

Surviving Grace are her children: daughter Glenda Marsteller (Brian) of Saegertown, daughter Tina Holmes (John) of Erie, daughter Brenda Schlosser (Greg) of Cambridge Springs, son Russel Mook (Tammy) of Saegertown, beloved grandchildren: Dalton Marsteller (Tori), Trevor Holmes (fiancé Alaina), Dalaina Holmes (fiancé Jack), Brady Mook, Cassidy Schlosser, great grandchildren Ryan and Emma Grace, brother Carl Durasa (Jessie), sister Barbara Keefer (Mike), sister Mary Lou Puchacz (Eppie), several nieces and nephews, and special friend Annette Newhard.
